Shipping & Delivery Policy
How long your order takes to reach you, what it costs, and what happens when a delivery goes wrong.

Where we ship
Dellisanti Design Center ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you are ordering from elsewhere, email us and we will tell you when we open your country.
Order processing
Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 3 business days once payment clears. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. An order placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or holiday, starts processing on the next business day.
You will get an order confirmation by email as soon as the order is placed, then a separate dispatch email with tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Delivery estimates run in business days from the moment the parcel is dispatched, not from the moment you order. Add the 1 to 3 business day processing window to get the full door to door estimate.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. The threshold is measured on the product subtotal after any discount codes and before tax, and it is applied automatically in the cart. If a return brings your order below $49, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Oversized and furniture items
Cabinets, sideboards, desks and tables travel by freight carrier. The carrier will call or text to arrange a delivery window, so please give a phone number you actually answer at checkout. Freight delivery is curbside. It does not include carrying items indoors, up stairs, or assembly.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed at dispatch and are also visible under My account, Orders. Carriers can take up to 24 hours to show a first scan, so a number that looks inactive on day one is usually normal.
Split shipments
Orders with several items may ship in more than one parcel, sometimes on different days and from different warehouses. You are not charged twice. Every parcel gets its own tracking number.
Delays
Weather, carrier backlogs and peak periods can push deliveries past the estimate. These windows are estimates rather than guarantees. If your parcel has not moved for 7 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Wrong addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your shipping address carefully before paying. We can correct an address only while the order is still processing, so email us within 12 hours of ordering if something is wrong. Once an order is dispatched the address cannot be changed.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, because delivery was refused, or because it went unclaimed, we will refund the product cost once it arrives back. The original and return shipping costs are not refundable in that case.
Damaged, lost or missing parcels
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, photograph the box and the contents and email us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbours and your building office first, then contact us within 7 days so we can file a carrier claim.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required and is shown before you pay. Because we ship within the United States only, there are no customs duties or import fees on any order.
