Shipping & Delivery Policy
How long your order takes to reach you, what it costs, and what happens when a delivery goes wrong.

The short version
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum to reach. We ship within the United States only. Orders are packed in 1 to 3 business days and arrive 3 to 7 business days after that, so 4 to 10 business days door to door.
Where we ship
Dellisanti Design Center ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.
We do not ship outside the United States and cannot accept international orders. Checkout will only accept a US delivery address. If you place an order with a non-US address it cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded in full.
What shipping costs
Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order, every item, to every address we deliver to. There is no minimum spend, no surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii or military addresses, and no separate freight charge on furniture. The price you see on the product page plus any sales tax is the price you pay.
There is one shipping method at checkout and it is free. We do not offer a paid expedited service.
How long it takes

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count toward either window. An order placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or holiday, starts processing on the next business day.
These windows are estimates based on normal carrier performance. They are not guarantees.
Confirmation and tracking
You get an order confirmation by email as soon as the order is placed, then a separate dispatch email with a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking is also visible under My account, Orders.
Carriers can take up to 24 hours to record a first scan, so a tracking number that looks inactive on day one is usually normal.
Split shipments
An order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes on different days and from different warehouses. You are never charged extra for this. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
Delays
Weather, carrier backlogs and peak periods can push a delivery past the estimate. If your parcel has not moved for 7 business days, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Wrong addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your shipping address before paying. We can correct an address only while the order is still processing, so email us within 12 hours of ordering if something is wrong. Once an order is dispatched the address cannot be changed.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, delivery was refused, or it went unclaimed, we refund the product cost in full once it arrives back with us.
Damaged, lost or missing parcels
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, photograph the box and the contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and cover the shipping either way.
If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbours and your building office first, then contact us within 7 days so we can file a carrier claim.
Sales tax and duties
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required and shown before you pay. Because we ship within the United States only, no customs duties or import fees apply to any order.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. The full terms, including who pays return postage and how quickly refunds are issued, are on the Return & Refund Policy page.
